Критерии
YES if between 11 Oct and 30 Nov 2026 a US official confirms on the record, or at least two major outlets (Reuters, AP, Bloomberg, FT, NYT, WSJ, Axios) report as implemented, a suspension or pause (full or covering long-range targeting) of US intelligence sharing with Ukraine. A threat or warning does not count. NO otherwise.
